Mr. Phan Thanh Loc holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University (USA) through a Fulbright scholarship, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Baku Institute of Petroleum and Chemistry (Azerbaijan, United States). old bucket).

Mr. Loc has more than 30 years of experience working in management and consulting in many different industries and countries. Previously, he was a Director at United Technology Company (UTC F&S - Australia) where he worked as Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management for the Australasia region, overseeing an annual purchasing budget of up to 400 million USD and international supply chain with more than 40 warehouses. He also worked for A.T. Kearney (a leading global consulting group) as a Senior Advisor across multiple sectors and financial services. Previously, he was also successful in managing projects to purchase offshore gas pipelines with a value of up to 80 million USD for Petro Vietnam.

In 2007, he returned to Vietnam and founded VI Group (a corporate investment fund management company, specializing in investing in growing industries in Vietnam) with a management scale of more than 600 million USD.

In 2013, Mr. Loc saw the untapped potential of shrimp-based products in Vietnam. That prompted him to shift his focus to establishing VNF (a pioneer and leading enterprise in processing shrimp-based products in Vietnam). The company's mission is to recycle valuable resources that are being wasted to help agriculture become more sustainable and circular. Starting from scratch, Mr. Loc and the founding team have successfully built a comprehensive and systematic value chain, including (i) ensuring and upgrading raw material sources, (ii) designing models. Exclusive and green production with the orientation of "zero waste production" as a core factor, (iii) development and commercialization of a unique and multi-functional product portfolio, and (iv) development of applications used in different industries.
